How Northland Mobile To You Delivery Works

Choose a Container

Call or submit the quote form with your location, preferred size, intended use, and requested date. We will confirm availability and discuss placement access.

Schedule Delivery

We transport the unit by truck and trailer. Specialized Mule equipment helps position it with minimal disruption. The placement area must be level, accessible, and clear of branches, wires, vehicles, and other obstacles.

Load at Your Own Pace

Load the container on your schedule and keep it on-site during your move, renovation, restoration, or construction project.

Keep It or Request Pickup

When you are ready, arrange to keep the container on-site, have it picked up for storage, or discuss transport to another Michigan location.

  • No long-term contract is required.
  • A one-month minimum rental charge applies.
  • Your payment is due on the same calendar date each month, based on when your rental begins.
  • Northland does not bill every 28 days or every four weeks, which can create an extra billing cycle during the year.
  • After the first month, customers who vacate within the first two weeks of a rental month receive a prorated rent refund.
  • Delivery charges vary by location and container.

For example, a rental beginning on the 12th remains due on the 12th each month. That means 12 charges per year instead of the potential 13 created by four-week billing.
