Our terms for storage rentals:
- We do not require a contract for any length of time for our storage unit(s).
- When clients vacate their rental unit within the first two (2) weeks of any month, rent will be prorated and the refund will reflect the proration.
- When vacating a rental unit any deposit that has been required will be sent to the client within two (2) weeks of vacating unit. Assuming there is no damage and your unit(s) is clean and free of debris a check for the deposit will be issued and sent to the address on file.
